Nnamdi Kanu must face trial, says Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has set aside a judgment by the lower court that dismissed the terrorism charges against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

According to The PUNCH, the apex court held that the court of appeal was wrong that the trial court couldn’t try him because his rights were violated by the prosecution.

The Supreme Court had on Thursday said it will (December 15th) deliver judgement on the appeal seeking to compel the Federal Government to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, from detention.
