Tribal hatred is capable of turning otherwise intelligent people into pathetic simpletons or how else might one explain Chimamanda Adichie’s continuing frolic in self-embarrassment?
If an election was rigged, and in a “shoddy” way, as she alleges, it is then for her to show how it was shoddily rigged; the allegation on its own cannot in one fell swoop amount to both accusation and proof of accusation – surely, while not a lawyer, someone of Chimamanda’s intellect should be able to wrap her pretty little head around that!
Well if she says, as Obidients do, that the election results were not electronically transmitted, then she must demonstrate how their none transmission ACTUALLY distorted them, and no less.
The Obidients demand that their allegations alone should be taken as proof beyond reasonable doubt and that those they accuse of injuring them should be blamed for their inability to demonstrate how they were injured!
Indeed, their solution is “deprive President Tinubu of his mandate without proof that Tinubu didn’t win, and, give his mandate to Peter Obi without proof that Obi won”!
You must be coming from a truly twisted and very messed up place to reason like that.
Indeed, this is most pathetic coming from someone as highly rated as Ms Adichie and I truly pity her.
