NDDC: Adekanmbi lauds Tinubu for nominating Atikase

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Hon. Femi Adekanmbi has commended President Bola Tinubu for nominating former member of Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Otito Atikase as the State representative on the board of Niger Delta Development Commission ( NDDC).

Adekanmbi in a statement shortly after the announcementexpressed gratitude to the President Tinubu for rewarding party loyalist with such nomination.

Tinubu has dropped former member of House of Representatives, and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) member, Hon, Kolade Victor Akinjo as the nominee for Ondo State and replaced him with Otito Atikase.

In a statement, Adekambi, who was a member of Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) said the President’s decision was a right step in a right direction.

His words “I am expressing my gratitude to the President for recognising Mr Otito Atikase’s competence, dedication and loyalty to the party”

“The appointment is well deserved and a lesson to politicians that loyalty pays”

Adekanmbi also applauded the President for his leadership and vision in selecting competent individuals to drive the renewed hope agenda of the party.

Adekambi said “I have firm belief that the appointment of Atikase as NDDC representative in the state will bring positive change and development to the oil rich Niger Delta and Ondo State.

“I urge him to be proactive and diligent in fulfilling his responsibilities to the people, and work assiduously in adding value to the government of Tinubu”
