IBI GIGA Ambassadors Congratulates, Celebrates Akeredolu, APC’s Victory At The Polls
The victory of the Governor of Ondo State and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, in the just concluded governorship election has been described as the confirmation of God’s will and the desire of the generality of the people of the Sunshine State.
This is contained in a message of congratulations to the re-elected Governor, Arakunrin Akeredolu and the deputy governor-elect, Lucky Aiyedatiwa issued in Akure by the Media Consultant, Ibi Giga Ambassadors, IGA, Mr. Dapo Daramola, on behalf of the Ibi Giga Ambassadors.
Mr. Daramola quotes the DG of the group, Prof. Lanre Olu-Adeyemi as attributing the resounding victory at the polls to the administration’s manifest performance as reflected in the number of impactful and undeniable projects spread across the nooks and crannies of the eighteen local government areas of the state.
“To us at Ibi Giga, we see in you a God-fearing, kind, compassionate, selfless, gentle, focused and a firm man who is always ready to give his all to the all-round development of the Sunshine State. You are good governance personified.”
The group said that it saw all the sterling qualities in Arakunrin Akeredolu very early in his first term in office and were able to assemble people of like minds who together formed the Ibi Giga Ambassadors under our able and indefatigable leader and Convener, Chief (Dr.) Alex Ajipe who is also the CEO, Klick Konnect Networks International.
“The people of Ondo state have spoken with their votes. They have voted for continuity, accountability, and good governance. We have no doubts in our minds that Arakunrin Akeredolu will not disappoint us.”
IGA commended the electorates for preferring Akeredolu to the candidates of the other parties while it sympathises with the members of APC who were rough handled or injured during the election, and wishes them a quick recovery.
The group also appealed to those that contested with the Governor to put the election behind them and join hands with Arakunrin Akeredolu to move the state to the next level. “In every contest, there is always a winner and a loser. All of them must come together for the common good of the people.”
The Ibi Giga Ambassadors congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, for their support in declaring Governor Akeredolu as a “marketable product” and a pride to the APC. Similarly, it appreciated the APC National Caretaker Chairman and Yobe State Governor, Bala Buni, APC national leader, Bola Tinubu, Chairman and members, Nigerian Governors’ Forum, Ondo APC Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, former governorship aspirants and other party leaders as well as members of the party for standing solidly by the party and its candidate at the polls.
The group gave kudos to the electoral umpire, INEC, the security agencies, members of the Fourth estate of the realm as well as local and international observer groups, for their peaceful conduct of the election.
