The Liberal Platform joins the people of Ondo State, Nigeria, and well-wishers across the nation in commemorating the one-year remembrance of an exemplary leader, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu (SAN), who served as the Executive Governor of Ondo State until his untimely passing on December 27, 2023.
Arakunrin Akeredolu was a man of immense vision, courage, and dedication. His tenure as Governor was marked by transformative policies, infrastructural development, and a commitment to justice and equity. Through his leadership, Ondo State experienced significant advancements in governance, education, healthcare, and industrialization, earning him a lasting legacy as a true statesman.
As a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Arakunrin Akeredolu was a luminary in the legal profession, consistently championing the rule of law and democratic values. His unwavering commitment to the people’s welfare and security through the Amotekun initiative championed in the Southwest to combat crime and his determination to build a sustainable future for Ondo State will forever be remembered.
