APC PRIMARY: WE SALUTE YOUR LOVE AND DOGEDDNESS
Once again, the Campaign Organisation of Chief Olusola Oke, SAN, expresses the deep gratitude of our Principal to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and his teeming supporters in Ondo State, for their unprecedented turnout and show of love to him in the primary election of the party that was slated for Saturday 20th April, 2024.
We were elated by the level of honour done him by party members across the length and breadth of the state during the process. We are particularly grateful for the large turnout of party members on Saturday, to give him massive support, and vote him as the candidate of the party in which they were denied their right, based on the premeditated undemocratic behaviours orchestrated by the governor Ododo-led Electoral Committee.
More importantly, we commend your initial reaction to the sham, as demonstrated by your spontaneous protest on Sunday 21st April, 2024, in anticipation of the cooked figures the electoral committee would announce. You trooped out enmass to make your voice loud on what you believed in.
We share the agonies, denials, torture and abuses you suffered in pursuit of your democratic rights to participate in electoral processes.
We must not relent in our efforts to build a prosperous and enduring state, for the now and the future. No doubt, Ondo State deserves the birth of a new order, and our commitment to this remains unwavering.
Kindly remain calm and peaceful, and go about your lawful duties, as the present challenges can only be for a while. You will be briefed on the next line of action, as shall be directed by our Principal.
