LG Administration: Ologede congratulates Fayanju, Ogunniyi, other appointees
A lawmaker representing Akure North Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Honourable Kolawole Ologede has felicitated with Hon. Tayo Fayanju, Mr. Victor Ibikunle Ogunniyi, others on their appointment as Chairman of the interim management committee of Akure North Local government and Igba Otun Otun LCDA, Oba ile.
Ologede also applauds the appointment of other chieftains of the party of their respective local council development area within the state capital.
In a congratulatory message signed by him on Wednesday in Akure, Ondo State capital, he urged them to work with their respective Vice Chairman to bring the much needed development to the council.
“Our local government are yearning for development and my admonition to those chosen, is to see their appointment as a call to service. The development of our people should take centre stage in every decision.
“Governance at that level has been relegated to the background. They should think outside the box to reinvigorate and make things happen at the local government level.
“I have no doubt that with the calibre of men appointed , the local government will experience a turn around”
Ologede stated that he believes in the ability to those appointed to turn things around with their local government and local council development area.
He urged the appointees to use their experience as administrator to assuage frayed nerves within the APC family in the state to ensure victory in 2024
