Olaniyi Congratulates Deji of Akure, Akure indigenes On Ulefunta Festival
A notable Akure indigene and former Chairman of Akure South local government has felicitated with the Deji of Akure Kingdom, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade, Odundun II, on the 2023 Ulefunta Festival.
In a signed personally signed by Olaniyi on Sunday, said the Ulefunta festival has become the most recognized and the toast of Akure Kingdom.
Ulefunta is the crest of all festivals in the Akure. It is the traditional annual leave of the monarch during which he would not be seen in public for seven days. He usually uses the seven-day period of seclusion to pray for peace and development of the town.
Olaniyi, a Chartered Accountant, felicitates with all Akure indigenes home and abroad.
