Shame On Lawyers Who Connive With Clients To Undermine The Judiciary
There is a lot to be said about the conduct of lawyers regarding the ongoing election cases.
With respect to the presidential election petition, President Bola Tinubu’s lawyers have maintained the highest degree of decorum while displaying the utmost fidelity to professional ethics.
Unfortunately, I believe the same cannot be said for Peter Obi’s and Atiku Abubarkar’s legal teams.
Where a party in court or their agents proceed to most heinously seek to undermine and intimidate the Judiciary, as Atiku and Obi’s unhinged supporters are doubtlessly presently engaged in, it is to be presumed that their lawyer(s) are aware of their perfidy, and, condone the same, if not being the one(s) actually, actively and surreptitiously encouraging such diabolical brigandage while outwardly pretending to be following the rules of professional practice.
Shame on such lawyers, and, please, feel free to quote me anywhere.
